If I order via the website do I get the same advantages as if I ordered in the classical way?

Absolutely. By logging in,  your personal advantages are applied to each of the items ordered.

What is the delivery deadline of my order?

If the items are in stock, we will send your order within 10 working days. If the items are not in stock, we will let you know the probable deadline. We will keep you informed of the status of your order.

Can I have my order delivered to another address?

Yes, in the basket you can enter the delivery address.

Do I have to pay shipping costs? If so, how much?

The amount of the shipping costs appears in the shopping basket. For orders less than 500 Euros excl. VAT, we charge 15 Euros shipping cost excl. VAT. If your order is more than 500 Euros excl. Vat, we deliver free of charge to one single address in the Benelux.

Can I pay cash?

Yes, you can collect your items from our warehouse in Aalst and pay cash. You are advised to contact us by phone first and make an appointment. We will ensure that your order is ready and waiting for you.

How can I pay?

You can pay online with Bancontact, MasterCard or Visa or by bank transfer. In the shopping basket you have to select the payment method you want to use.

Are there any costs if I want to send back my order?

No, unless the returned item is damaged.

Can an item be repaired?

Yes, please contact us or send us an e-mail to so we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop it of in our warehouse in Aalst. Repairs within the warrantee period no charges will be invoiced. If  the warranty period is over, we will contact you and confirm you the cost of the repair. You can also contact a recognised Samsonite reseller in your region.
